Virgil is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong foundation in accounting and entrepreneurship. He earned his degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles, and began his career at a local CPA firm in the San Fernando Valley, where he developed a keen eye for financial detail and client service.

While building his professional career, Virgil consistently pursued his entrepreneurial ambitions. Over the past two decades, he has launched and managed a diverse range of ventures, including a home childcare business, a car detailing service, and a third-party logistics operation. He also partnered with a dietary consultant and even worked as a commercial bus driver, operating 40- to 50-foot buses—demonstrating his adaptability, discipline and strong work ethic.

Virgil’s experience extends into real estate through nearly a decade of managing and owning rental property in Las Vegas, giving him valuable insight into property investment and long-term asset management. In addition, his time as an IRS agent further strengthened his expertise in financial systems, compliance, and attention to detail.

Deeply connected to his community, Virgil was involved in the Alhambra Farmers Market, where he gained hands-on experience serving and engaging with local residents. Having been raised in the West San Gabriel Valley, he possesses an intimate knowledge of the area, including Pasadena, Alhambra, San Marino, and San Gabriel. 

Today, Virgil brings together his extensive entrepreneurial background, financial expertise, and local market knowledge to provide exceptional service to his real estate clients. His well-rounded experience and street-smart perspective allow him to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence, integrity, care and a strategic approach.
